The Ocean Obsession prides itself by offering a very friendly fishing experience starting with your first encounter. They will take time to answer all your questions and the crew is the most friendly crew you will find on the 7 seas. They never overcrowd the boat by filling it to capacity, thus ensuring you will have plenty of elbow room and the crew will be able to give you all the help you need in order to make your fishing experience great.

Ocean Obsession has upped the industry standards and set the bar very high on the way party boat fishing is done. You will be taught different fishing techniques and will be given options on styles of fishing to best suit your goals for the day. The crew will be working with you to help hook up and land nice fish. You have the option to participate in an exciting contest for fish that has to be released after a quick picture. You will have the opportunity to tag certain species of sharks so you can be contacted in the future to learn information about your shark after it is recaptured. The fish that are legal to keep and make good table fare will be properly iced, perfectly fillet, and if you choose you can have them cooked to perfection at the Grills Restaurant back at the dock for a small charge. The captain & crew love to see people catch fish.

They have fished the waters offshore Port Canaveral all of their lives and go above a beyond to make sure everyone has a good time. Like all fishing, some days are better than others but we commonly catch 6 different species of snapper, 4 different species of grouper, 3 different species of jacks along with other bottom dwellers such as triggerfish, sea bass, cobia, and sharks. We are also always prepared to hook you up with topwater species including mahi, king mackerel, wahoo, barracuda, blackfin tuna, and sailfish when the opportunity presents itself.
