In the unlikely event that you receive a manufacturers damaged product (not including shipping damage), you may exchange the product for a new one within 15 days of receipt. You will be required to ship the product back to All Water Adventures in its original packaging and condition.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail/Freight
You may return or exchange any item purchased on this website by mail or freight within 15 days if it is in it’s original packaging and in New* condition. Returns information and instructions are listed below. The purchaser will be responsible to pay for the return freight.

To make a return or exchange by mail/freight:

All Water Adventures

All Water Adventures is not responsible for any damage incurred on the product during shipping. All property ownership and liability is transferred to the customer upon shipping of the product. All Water Adventures books the shipping on the behalf of the customer. All freight should be inspected upon delivery and checked for damage.  Should damage be found, the customer should refuse the package.  If the package is signed for by the customer, the freight company is released of any liability for the product. If a damaged product is returned, BOTE will not accept the damaged product and will kindly return the damaged product to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If a product is not returned in New* condition, the product will be deemed as damaged and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All Water Adventures will examine the product upon return and document any damage and report the damage to the customer so that the customer may claim insurance on the product.

*New condition: If a returned product shows any signs of use, including scratches, dings, rips, tears or damage of any nature the product will be deemed “Damaged.”
